The Orthodox Food Festival and Old Globeville days is an annual celebration put on by the Globeville neighborhood in Denver and Holy Transfiguration Orthodox Church. The event will be July 18 and 19, 2009.  The festival has multiple parts.  There are booths selling ethnic foods (primarily Eastern European and African), games for kids, ethnic entertainment including dancing and music groups from Greece, Western Africa, Romania, and Spain.  More importantly and relevant to you is the vendor area which includes crafters, importers, booksellers, and artists.  Several thousand people attend each year, and a number of our vendors make it a priority to attend because they find it so enjoyable. Feel free to share a booth with a friend and split the cost: $40 for one day, $75.00 for two.

Erin Schwartz is the vendor contact for the festival.  Please contact with any questions at offvendors@gmail.com or at (303) 456-5526.  We look forward to hearing from you soon.

Her dirty paws and furry coat,
She ran down the forest slope.
The forest of talking trees,
They used to sing about the birds and the bees.
The bees had declared a war,
The sky wasn't big enough for them all.
