Last year I made 5 different baby blankets in granny squares. Finally I decided that I needed one for myself and so I went ahead and made 320 squares, but then came the holidays and I had to concentrate on making presents and the squares was forgotten.
Anyway, a month ago I decided that it was time to put them all togeter and here's the result:

It's entirely made out of wool superwash and is so warm and cozy.

How beautiful!  A dear friend taught me how to make granny squares and I have been making them in hopes to get enough to make an afghan. I have around 120 of them now.
I love all of your colors! I am using red heart yarn that is a multi color and then using black as my secondary color - I have envisioned it looking like stained glass when I am done.

You did a great job on it and that is something that will be passed on for years to come!
Keep up the great work!
