Yarn is a lovely handspun that I received in a swap with craftster member RhymeswOrange.  It is lovely and the pink isn't quite as shocking as in photo.

oooooh! Cuppiecake's scarf looks great! I am loving the teal and brown, and that last piece, with the variegated looks especially cool.

Here's the section I added to PuppyGirl's scarf:

Look! I made kinda half cables!  I'm really excited because I love the look and feel of knitting but never can seem to do it.  I found an old Brother knitting machine in a thrift store last week and got it for $8.  Can you believe my luck? It works perfectly so once I learned how to use it with some practice swatching I was able to make this square.  I hope using the knitting machine is okay for the swap, I figured it'd be fine since it's still hand worked.  All those stitches for the lacey effect and the cables all have to be moved one by one by hand.

A knitting machine is fine as long as you PM me and tell me how it actually works.  I've always seen them on Craftster and stuff, but I'm always like  .
