I absolutely love the color swirl.  The orange and blue really make each other pop.  I remember my mother making making this pattern when I was a child, but never made one myself.  You've totally inspired me to do so.  :-)  Hers were always pastel florals though... I love your bright colors much better!

Every time I look at this site, your quilt catches my eye.  I love how the first quilt moves. Beautiful!

These are wonderful quilts!  The way you did that one with the swirl is really amazing.

Thanks for sharing the wonderful quilts, I love bright colors, and the swirling star is fabulous, and also sharing the background story. I know almost nothing about quilting. I had seen old native quilts in museums, but I didn't realize they have a connection to today's quilters, that it's a living tradition. Best wishes for your training!

Great! I can't find the right words - so I guess really great will have to do.

I've always been attacked to star quilts. I did one once, not a happy experience, but it finally came out fine. Yours may actually inspire me to try another.  Great work. Especially like the swirling colors in the first one.

These are goregous!!  I've recently made a star vairation and was my first time attempting diamonds-let's just say some of my points didn't match up-but oh well.

Great job!

Gorgeous!  Love the flow of colors in the first one, and love the bold colors in the last one, too.  Nice job.

(Oh, and I work at a rehab center, just gotta say -- LOVE those PT assistants!  Best of luck!)
