Inspired by the bacon explosion I decided to try a bacon weave wrapped around a pair of pork tenderloins tied together. As the saying goes, everything is better with bacon. I also have some pics from a buddy who also did a bacon wrapped pork loin a few weeks ago that I had the privilege of sampling...To see all the pics and the write up of both, check here.

I indirected it.  Coals on one side of the grill.  No coals on the other side.  Put the tenderloin on the side with no coals.  Basically bake it with some extra smoke flavor...

I'm amazed at all of the love bacon has been receiving lately -- all well-deserved, of course!

Too much love from me to the detriment to my arteries!?!?  I wrapped an entire deer tenderloin in bacon on Sat!?!?!
