Agreed!  I am officially determined to make something like this!  Whether it's from the pattern used here (if a pattern was used at all) or if I have to find a pattern that looks like it!  Smiley
The hunt begins!

EDIT: OH!  I found something similar! http://www.butterick.com/item/B5181.htm??tab=dresses&page=5 And Joann's is having a sale on Butterick soon too ($1.99)

The green dress is so soft and comfy looking!  I love jersey so much.  Did you sew with a serger?  I only have a regular machine, and even with zigzag I get ruffly seams and it never quite lays flat.

OOh, and @ murbeck - thanks for finding that pattern!  When is the Joann's sale on Butterick?  I get their emails but hadn't heard about that...

the butterick's isn't until next weekend (wknd of the 6th, it's either th-sat or fri-sun), you can see that one in the mail flyer, which is one of the flyers you can pull up online.  On the same note there's a $1.99 sale on McCall's this coming th-sat and $3.99 on vogue  Wink

back to the dresses at hand, I too would like to know if you had to use a serger.  I've never used jersey before and it looks SUPER comfy but have heard such horror stories... I reckon one could always just stabilize the edges but that's a lot of strip cutting and ironing, lol.  Wouldn't be a first for me though  Smiley
