I have this thing with green and purple beads, I don't know what it is... anyway, I made this necklace using my favorite combo. It looks better on my neck (more tangled-y), but this dinky picture gives you an idea  Smiley Oh, and with the exception of the 'clasp' bead, the ones that look clear are actually light violet.

did you just strings three strands and then twist them together?? it's a lovely piece..love it...want it!

what thread did you use, the normal thread or those plastic strings!?

Yep, just normal thread, not tigertail or anything. I tied the strands together on one end, beaded each, and twisted them around before tying the other end. I'd never made a multistrand necklace before, and I don't know why.. it was way easy and turned out great!
