That is so awesome, I can't believe it's cardboard.  I love the design, can't wait to see the finished product!

This is so cool ! I love the shape of it, and how it curves.

You could use a wicker basket (with a cute cloth liner) as the drawer.

You are absolutely brilliant!!!  Your design in incredible.  I remember seeing this on line somewhere and loved the idea.  I can't afford new furniture and DH doesn't like me adding more anyway...very small house.  I'm so glad to see you post this.  You've taken an idea and made it better.  Fantastic design!!!  fantastic.  I remember reading also that you can "inject" glue in the spaces inside the cardboard to make it stronger.  I can't wait to see the drawer you add on.
Brilliant, just brilliant!

thank you everyone!! I just woke up and I find all these nice posts Smiley

This morning, I am going to paint it!! I just need my coffee first hahahaha

And don't misunderstand: this can hold heavy stuff.... it's maybe card board, but because of the structure, the primar and the vernish, it's really strong. As for the tutorial I used...

I give you this link:

This rocks! I love cardboard furniture, I have made many things out of cardboard myself, but not furniture, but this is so motivating! Thanks for the link!
Your cupboard looks fantastic! Totally something I'd love to have in my apartment! You did an amazing job already, let's see your paint job! It'll look great in red, but it'd look good like this already. The patch looks to me like it was done on purpose. Smiley
Hehe, another coffee craftster Smiley Best wishes for you and your kid!

Wow what a great idea!  This is an awesome way to recycle cardboard and turn it into something useful!

Totally cool! I love the shape and the fact that it was essentially free. I lost two jobs due to both of the places going out of business within two months of each other, then immediately fell and totally screwed up BOTH of my ankles, so money is tight in my household ... so, you've inspired me to go pull some cardboard out of the recycle bin at the market down the street so I can make myself that shelf I've been wanting ... the one for my jewelry supplies that I so desperately need.

This is totally epic. I am in awe of you. I remember looking at buying cardboard furniture before, but didn't want to pay what it was worth, but I never ever thought about making it. You rock!
