Woot-woot...I just finished a custom designed Lucille Ball sock monkey, fashioned after the Vitameatavegamin episode.  The dress is a replica of the one worn in the show.  I've even included a giant bottle of Vitameatavegamin, a spoon and a copy of the script Lucy read for the scene...and I made the monkey's head tilt just a little because she's...well, just a little tipsy!

Lucy was a lot of work, but my friend, who is a Lucy Fanatic is just going to love her!

Thanks for letting me show her off.

Thanks guys - I like that episode, too, but I love the one where Lucy works in a chocolate factory on the conveyor belt because I actuallty did work at a chocolate factory on the conveyor belt!  (Hartville Chocolate Factory in Hartville Ohio)

Now, I'm gonna have to make a Lucy sock monkey from that episode!

Oh my goodness!  Two of my favorite things in this world are sock monkeys and the vitameatavegamin episode.  I'm in love! Cheesy

You're awesome! This is a level of sock monkey detail I haven't seen yet!

Love, love the curly hair and the red sock lips really work for Lucy. Great job, thanks for showing!

Thanks again for all the nice comments.  I'm having fun taking photos of Lucy before I give her away...that's going to be the hard part.  I might make some greeting cards with the photos...whadda ya think?

That's pretty funny, and you did a wonderful job with the details on the accessories. I love the dress!
