I feel like I've been working on this guy forever. He turned out to be huge - about 8 inches tall.  I bought the pattern from Roxycraft and planned to make him for my daughter for Christmas. I didn't end up getting started until the end of January and just finished.

I made a few changes to the original pattern - mainly just customized the details - a bigger mouth with teeth instead of a line smile and claws.  I'm fairly happy with how it turned out (my hood is a little baggy because I clearly can't count rounds) - my daughter loved it - even though she could not keep her eyes open in any of the pics I took. Now onto the next -- my younger daughter wants a Shadow from Sonic the Hedgehog, so I'll have to do a bit of investigating.

The hood on my Yeti ended up kind of big too, I had to stop it short and do some mods cause it was getting larger than the head LOL

Cute -- I made the face smaller.  Also, I couldn't get the hang of doing HDC in the back loops only like it said in the pattern, so I just did it normally.

She had her pattern packs on sale when I bought them, so I may try the blue monster or some mushroom people next.

Just wondering, but I keep hearing about issues with this pattern but I love it, so. Is it still do-able or does it always need personal edits?

I think the pattern is totally doable -- I'm a bit of a distracted crocheter, so the errors were probably mine, not the pattern.
