I have always been in awe of stained glass and last year in my final year of high school I decided to try my hand at stained glass making. For the entire year I picked the theme of the green man, and therefore that is what my glass piece is. I had so much fun making this, it is one of my favourite pieces ever, though I cut my hands so much making it and burnt myself quite a bit also...

After making it I noticed that the eye holes are unevenand there is something wonky with the mouth... but I still heart it...

The unevenness of the eyes and the something wonky with the mouth gives this piece a lot of character.  I think it's extremely well done.  A great piece.

I was going to say the same thing. I really like this piece, makes me want to find some studio space and get back into stained glass.

I think I'm going to have to get a couple of pictures of the stained glass stuff I did in college (a few years ago) and show it off.

This is a work of fiction.  All the characters in it, human and otherwise, are imaginary, excepting only certain of the fairy folk, whom it might be unwise to offend by casting doubts on their existence.  Or lack thereof.~Neil Gaiman

Yes, I too think that the wonkiness in the eyes and mouth only serves to improve the piece. This is lovely!

When she was good, she was very very good - but when she was bad she was fabulous.
