I'd like to wear this dress to my debs (It's like the Irish prom), and i was wondering if anyone could help me figure out how to make it? I'm completely in love with it.

From what i can see the bust would be made out of a rectangle, and ruffled, and the I'd take a guess at saying the end of the skirt would be attached to another rectangle, which is hidden by the flowers, to bring the shape in?
Opinions or ideas would be much appreciated!  Smiley

Yeh i think your right, the middle section is gathered at the top and bottom and i think it is a rectangle at the bottom which is just worked on with the flowers, the flowers seam easy to make, raw edges petal shapes i would stitch a line 0.5cm away from the edge of the petals though so you can wash it without it fraying it all away! Its a lovely dress i want it myself now lol x
