Yay! So excited! I should be able to get some more done at work tomorrow, although last friday was crazy busy and didn't work out to get crocheting.

I am glad we have that extension! Whew! I will say that working with the brighter colors than I normally do has been pretty nice these last two days when it has been all rainy out...kinda cozy! Smiley

I'm excited to see what you made for me fantasticmio! And, I have a feeling that you don't need to develop a case of swap anxiety... you do fabulous work!

And, what size hooks are folks using? I'm working with a G. I tend to crochet on the tight side, so my motifs are probably a bit smaller than they should be. But, at least that means my partners will get more Wink

G/H/I totally depends on the pattern for me. I like to use I because I have an I bamboo hook. (drool, bamboo!)

I have yet to splurge on a bamboo hook... but I can see it happening... perhaps it'll be a nice birthday gift to myself (only 6 months to wait Wink ).

And, I was at AC Moore this morning- the Red Heart SS and Caron SS, and Vanna's Choice are all on sale. I got a "sneak preview" announcement that it was on sale starting today, instead of tomorrow. Even the gal at the store didn't realize it was on sale today. So, I picked up a couple of colors that may or may not get used for this swap...

I have some time to kill before a 1:00 appointment, so I'll be working on motifs until then...

The clover brand isn't that expensive, get one with a coupon at Michael's or joann's! I actually purchased a set really cheaply for a swap partner once at the LYS. Maybe $12 for 4 or 5 hooks? Not sure of the quality since I sent them off, but will have to go back and check it out.

New yarn is always good! Caron was on sale 2/$5 at michael's this week but I have NO MONEY. We don't have AC Moore here.
