heehee  Roll Eyes

The hubby and I recently finished watching all the seasons of Seinfeld, so this called for a tribute to our marathon. Inspired of course by: http://www.flickr.com/photos/rubykhan/2811826948/ I didn't lahv the original minipop version of Seinfeld (http://www.flipflopflyin.com/minipops/ ) so I came up with my own  Grin

I'm not sure if it's complete yet, I think I will cross stich some pretzels in the corners. It is 11 count Aida, I think. All I had on hand at the moment

Thankyou for looking! Comments and criticism always appreciated  Cheesy

George is getting FRUSTRATED!!! I hard a hard time choosing between the two lol.

If anyone is interested I can put up the pattern I created. You can also see how many other versions of each character I made too haha.

This was supposed to be a valentine's pressie for the hubbie, but he caught me in the act when he came home from work early  Embarrassed He loves it though, w00t!

Awesome job!
I love Seinfeld so this really caught my attention.  Great idea to give Kramer the cigar, and I always liked Elaine's hair like that too.  Cheesy

This is my favorite of all Seinfeld quotes and you did an excellent job!

May I say, I especially like George, you captured his essence.

This is like the best thing I've ever seen in my entire life! Seinfeld is one of the most quotable shows ever and this is one of my favorites! Great job Grin

BTW: I think that pretzels around the border would be wicked awesome.

Really, really great work!  It took me a minute to figure out what Kramer was holding, but I realized it was a cigar pretty quickly.  A pretzel in each corner would really make it awesome - go for it!

wow, thankyou so much everyone!  Kiss

i had a blast making it, kept giggling every few minutes  Roll Eyes

jerry was the hardest create  Huh i just couldn't get the hair right! i'm still meh about jer, but very proud of 'lainey, kosmo and georgie boy lol Cool

i am so thrilled that everyone is noticing the details: george's frustration, jerry's girly arms akimbo, elaine's hair and kramer's highwaters!  Grin

thankyou so much for looking, and commenting!

oh and this is the pretzel pattern that i'm considering stitching into all four corners, and then doing some old-style cross stitch borders in between horizontally and vertically ... but hmmmm  Huh i might come up with my own "pretzels" border cuz this one's too big, it might overwhelm:

http://hobbyloco.com/needle/pretzel.gif

oh, and i'll put up the pattern tomorrow  Smiley i'm not on my regular computor right now. have a nice weekend everyone!

LOL! That made my day  Kiss Will come up with a pattern if you want, but I seriously need to finish off old projects first rather than embark on new ones. And no, I've been naughty and not finished the borders on this baby. Life has temporarily interrupted crafting needs  Cry I thought this would have been relegated to 2nd page by now, but it's still around! Thankyou everyone! Grin
