  So, I'm reconning a black tshirt into a fitting puff sleeve cutsew and it's just not working. The waist fit but the top was just either too light or too loose in the upper torso area.  So I added in side dartsright above to the side of the breast and it fits really well. Which I didn't think of before. Just incase anyone was hitting the rocks that I was a few minutes ago.
I'm 36" bust and waist 25" just for reference.
