Did you make the top or was it premade and you did the skirt? Making skirts to attach to premade tees is my new favorite thing to do.

the top is something I already had picked up at walmart when they clearanced them. The bottom layer is tulle with bias binding something new I wanted to try, I wanted to make my own but was on a time crunch!
