Ever since my dad used to make cuff links and tie tacks from the change he had left over from various trips, I've been fascinated by coins.... some are so very PRETTY!

these are cool, how did you drill the holes. I have tried using a dremmel type tool but no joy, Perhaps I was using the wrong bit (I tried a number of different kinds)

These are lovely, and I may try something like this with some coins I have. It's amusing to see my own currency in there amongst all those exotic foreign coins as though it's somehow special [grin]

...though you'd think the same about me, as I have a couple of dimes somewhere that I think are cool!
