it only takes about 10 min. to make one of these.
i drew you a tut. ask me if you don't understand anything.

NOTES:
dark color=wrong or back side
light color= front or right side
i would not suggest using girls shirts for this project, the are too small and very thin fabric...hard to work with.
i would use men's large T shirts.
they are stronger fabric, and more of it to work with.
use shirts with no side seams, just the tube kind.
use shirts with cool graphic logos, or band shirts.
know your measurements.
snaps, ties, Velcro or safety pins with also work as closures.
try this with contrasting thread for a neat look.

they are all made from the same pattern, the teardrop, or triangle part, is the part that covers the boobs.
if it is too revealing when i try it on, i add a peice of extra cloth to the cleavage.

Great idea, and they all look so cute (and sexy, too). Just by using different Ts, different tie methods, and adding some front pieces, it looks like there are so many different kinds of tops! Great materials to use!

Now, with being extra-busty, I would probably use a tighter inner lining on the front bust pieces to hold myself in place and not show my bra fully in the back.
