I made some for a thank you gift in the Givers and Needers swap, and my partner ( pictured Wink) recieved and posted, so I thought I would post it here too!
Thanks for this idea!! I love how they all turn out!
And this was a perfect project for that little bit of yarn I was holding onto from my very first scarf ever!! Grin

I love this pattern! You rock! I made two immediately after seeing this post, and I've worn them a ton since then.

Blue Lamb's Pride bulky

I forgot what yarn this is, but it's a sport weight mustard yellow merino-silk blend. I strung yellow seed beads on a yellow string and crocheted it together for as long as the string lasted, about 1/3 the necklace.

I hopped on the "Loop D'Loop" Bandwagon.... finally

I used a whole skein of this fantastic italian yarn that I could never find a use for since it is 100% rayon.  Seriously who uses rayon.  Anyways if you love the colorways i have 4 more skeins.   let me know if you want to trade for some.

But regardless thanks for inspiring me to use what I thought was unusable yarn.  hurray.

I have loads of good quality CIGAR BOXES available for trade.  Great for purses, shrines, jewelry boxes.  PM for Pics.

I really love the idea of using up some of my leftover yarn from other projects. I had some green cotton yarn in my stash that is so old that I don't even remember any more what project it came from.
I first tried using just one strand but it looked too skinny, so then I used one strand solid green and one variegated green held together.
I like the result, to me it looks like spring is finally here.
And more importantly my mom liked it, when I gave it to her for Easter. Grin
