Sweet Tea and Sour Pickles

I happen to have a co-worker that is pregnant and is camo crazy!  So in order to fulfill her desires for a cool camo diaper bag, I put together the following.

This bag was such a pain to make.  I reworked a McCall's pattern to remove the flap, add a zipper and changed the strap.  I also added some d-rings so the mom can attached keys or such things.  On top of that, the camo and black lining are both a heavy canvas and really tried my patience and the new machines abilities.

Hope she likes it!  Thank goodness she is having boy, can't imagine making a camo bag for a girl.

Well, I'd say all your hard work and frustration paid off.  That bag is fabulous and I'm sure she is going to love it!
