What if you could just send your supplies to someone else and get that oh so fabulous thing you wanted made out of it?
Well then this swap is for you!

The Basics: You will have 1 week to send supplies to your partner so that they can make something out of it for you. You in return will receive supplies to make something out of for your partner. You will then have 6 weeks to craft and return the finished object to your partner.

The Requirements:
You must send enough supplies to create the finished object(s) you would like to receive in return. You cannot buy supplies to add to your partner's finished object. Example - If you received enough yarn to make a hand bag, but did not get any supplies to line the bag with, you cannot buy fabric and notions to line the bag. It Is your responsibility to send enough supplies for your partner to work with!
The finished objects must equal to 4 smalls <=> 2 mediums <=> 1 large depending on what your partner would like.
1 small = Less than an hour of craft time
1 medium = 1 hour minimum of craft time

You always come up with the best swaps. My schedule is a bit tight right now but I just *may* be able to swing this.

I have a pattern for this knitted sweater and all the yarn.  Would that count? Would it be too much work to do?  Undecided I'd really love to participate in this though. Smiley

I'm awesome. Smiley

I have vintage yarn that I would like to give to someone! Please send a message if you'd like to obtain it.  I have lots!

Can I send supplies for a different discipline to the one I will be doing? (e.g. if I would like to send knitting or crochet supplies but would like to be classified under the papercrafts discipline)

Also can people specifiy the types of things they can competently make within their chosen discipline? For example, I do many different kinds of papercrafts but haven't made an altered book. I wouldn't like to make my first one using my partner's supplies in case it didn't work out.

Sounds like a fab swap, but I have the same question.
I would love to receive a pair of socks, but there is no way on earth that I would be able to make a pair within 6 weeks.
So I would like to make crochet or needlework, but I would love to receive knit or clothing, but I'm not sure if that can be done.
Can it?
If so, how would I represent that in the questionnaire?

This is my question too. If this is doable, I will definitely try to make room/time for this swap!

I'm confused about the discipline too. I would probably send something to be sewn, but I would be fine crocheting, sewing, or doing bath and beauty. Is my discipline what I want to receive or what I want to make?
