I *LOVE* Alexander Henry's tattoo print. I made a wicked shirt that I love to death. But what to with the leftovers? Surely I can't just throw out this cotton GOLD. So I made a cute purse! It's been around for about 3 weeks now and has stood up to the abuse I dole out quite well. If I make this bag again I will probably put some interfacing in the top band, just to make it sit better. But I'm nonetheless very pleased with my bag:)

Very nice!!  Is the top section corduroy?  Looks chenille-like.
Whose pattern did you use?

Thanks guys! Jerseygal, it's a random, very textured woven fabric. Really really scratchy and awful, actually, but good for bags! It's my own pattern.
