I found this cute spandex print in a remnant bin at Len's Mill Store in Guelph (that's in Ontario. Which is in Canada. Which is on earth. Which is in Canada.) The heart banners say "My Girl" and there's a somewhat floral/viney pattern throughout. Simplicity patterns were on sale at Fabricland, so I browsed the books and found this cute tunic pattern. I think it turned out really well! The seams were even finished on a Serger. Yay!

Pocket detail

The pattern is Simplicity 2998, view B. Thanks for looking!

Very cute!  Great job on in it.  I love the contrasting fabrics you chose for it, too.  It looks great on you.

I lived in Guelph for a couple years and never went to that store (I didn't quite know where it was and had no car), now I wish I had Tongue

Very nice top!

That's a really cute dress, I like your choice of fabrics. Woohoo for the world being in Canada!

Stop being so damned positive. Staring at the sun only blinds some one. By only looking at the positive, you miss an entire beautiful world of shadows and colors. Don't be overly negative, be realistic. The world is so much more complex and beautiful that way.

That's cute. I have my version sitting half done on my machine. Maybe I'll actually go finish it now.

Len's Mill Store?
Never heard of it, sadly I assume.
Last time I was in Guelph I went to the mall with the Fabricland non-stop-sale-shop only to find that a) they were closed and b)it was going out of business Sad
What a sad day that was.
I got accepted to Guelph the other day (though not sure where I'm going) and my boyfriend was saying that it's probabaly not for me. I joked back saying "Yeah, you're right, they no longer have a Fabricland  Sad "

Really cute top! Which is cool, considering I'm not usually one for the tattoo-style. *googles pattern* ^^
