Kristine1981 that is amazing! I recognised it straight away - and I came across it cos I'm currently looking to get a wrist tattoo with something that means NQ to me too, since I also grew up there. But I'm probably thinking a cooktown orchid or something. But yours look beautiful and the colour is spot on!

This is my most recent and favorite. I'm not thrilled with the homemade ones I got when I was 18. There are three cherry blossoms for each of my kids, the branch is to represent strength and beauty and it says dream underneath. It was to celebrate everything we have gone through and survived and the new life we are starting. It is done all in browns. Someday I plan to get the flower on my hip covered up. I have never been happy with it.

PLEASE NO ONE TAKE THEM!!!!! literally minutes after i got them done, some girl came running up to me in a store. with a camera phone asking to take pics of them. i would never take someone's personal tattoo, and I wish none of you to do it either. thanks..

sorry if that sounded bitchy, just someone already has my right half sleeve as their right arm half sleeve.....and it was done my my tattoo guy 2 years after he did mine!!! yeah im just pissed about something so permanent.

The color on those two look great, Ahoy Sailor. My friend actually has that very same ship on his side, its gigantic.

I'm willing to bet that the girl was thinking about getting that same image and she just liked your artists incarnation. Its a relatively common theme though, so you should feel flattered that people dig it.

I think your tattoos are really beautiful..I really love the anchor!  Honestly, I agree with the above poster, be flattered that someone would want to take a picture of your beautiful art!  No one really wants to have the same thing someone else has but if someone would want what I have (and I'm sure they would not...they're silly) I would be flattered Wink   Buuuuuuut! that being said if my tattoo artist was putting the same thing on someone else...I would be kinda p*&%%& maybe time to find a new guy/gal?  your's are really cool!
