This is a replica project I just completed, enlarging a lego storm trooper 1:6.
The body is created in wood, sprayed to give a high gloss finish of plastic.  I sculpted the head in plasterline and then created a silicone mould and cast it in fiberglass resin.  Bit of a dodgy paint job, i need more practise in painting....but quiet pleased.
