PW was my partner for the dye swap and she is amazing. I love the jacket and my boyfriend now wants one of those pattern sheets to put up on the wall as crazy art. lol!

Haha, if you really want a pattern sheet, I can send you one. I have dozens of 1980s Burdas (my friend's mother was getting rid of them) and some of them are sooooo not anything that I would ever ever sew.  Plus the hilarious 80s sweater knitting patterns....   There was one issue that had the instructions in arabic (most are French), but I've already swapped that one away.

That would be amazing! BTW  I am already using the journal cover that you made me, it's so awesome to have something custom like that and I can't stop myself from sliding my hand into my bag every once in a while just to touch it.

They both have her signature (a little scrap of lace) and are pretty much amazing all around. The black one ended up being a teensey bit too tight; but it just gives me more motivation to continue on my weight loss odyssey.

Man, I was a little worried about that, it came out an inch or so smaller than I'd planned... I didn't take into account the serged edges... like I should have.

It's cool. Like i said, I've been losing weight so it's nice to have a skirt that fits now and a skirt that will fit later.

Hey guys! I received my package from my dear angel, girlypirate! And I just want to say thank you so much to her, because everything in this package was so "me" and so well made! I couldn't have imagined anything better. It exceeded my expectations and I'm especially greatful that she did this without getting a package in return (though I might have to send her something as a thank you )
