these are SO PRETTY!  i love how the pockets open to the inside...genius...i always make mine opening to the top and then all my stuff inevitably falls out as the pockets get stretched out, lol...

I do use interfacing.  It's a pretty heavy interfacing, but I'm not sure what exactly it's called.  Huh  It's not as heavy as fusible fleece, but it's close!  Seems to work fine to make it not floppy, but it's also not too bulky once folded!
