Hello!  If anyone's in my neck of the woods, or if you happen to find yourself in this part of Asia, here is a quick craft store guide (not complete):

For Beads, Findings, etc:
Villalobos St., Quiapo, Manila
This entire street is home to some of the most well-stocked bead stores in the city.  I would recommend checking out Wellmanson Sewing Notions if you don't have time to scour all the little shops.  Wellmanson's has a huge collection of beads and findings to choose from, and unlike the other shops along Villalobos St, it has airconditioning - a welcome respite from Manila's 30C weather.

For Fabric:

Visit the stalls in Divisoria, in the building between Ilaya St. and Tabora St.  The building houses lots of small stalls selling all kinds of fabric: silk, cotton, spandex, even upholstery and bag material.

For Polymer Clay:

1.  The Beadlady Craft Cafe and Art Studio
Shop 54 Cubao Expo, Gen. Romulo St., Cubao, Quezon City
Www.facebook.com/beadcafe

   2. Hobbes and Landes
          * Brands: Premo, Studio by Sculpey, and Sculpey III
          * Branches: Bonifacio High Street, The Podium, SM Mall of Asia

Hello! I'm from Manila, and I guess I'm a big arts and crafts person too. I was just wondering if we have craft fairs in Manila like the ones they have in the US. Like craft shows where people only sell handmade goods and supplies. ALSO, I was wondering if someone has started a crafting community or collective in the Philippines. I see a lot of people making handmade goods and whatnot, especially in Multiply.  Smiley

Thank you!
