I just have to share. I made this for a swap on a (different) soaping board and I'm so pumped about how this soap turned out:

I tried a new (to me) method of swirling - and I will be using this technique again (as long as I have a second pair of hands - essential for this technique). The swirl is totally all the way through the bars, not just resting on top Smiley

What technique did you use?

a divided mold...you pour a color on each side of the divider, take out the divider, and swirl...

That is gorgeous! The swirling is amazing!  I love it! I've always said the world needs more blue soaps. Smiley

ETA: I asked a question and realized it had been answered!

Those are beautiful Joy!!!

I've used that method with swirling in a Pringles can.  Put a quilters template in the middle, pour a different colored soap and each side, then as I lift the template, give it a few turns.

What kind of colorant did you use?

These are BEAUTIFUL!

For someone who literally lives on the ocean in florida - i can tell you they look just like the water on a beautiful summer day!
