Okay, so I found out in early August that I was pregnant, so that triggered something in me. I decided that I HAD to learn to crochet and knit. I was planning on starting a baby blanket for MY baby, but instead got caught up in making this blanket for one of my best-est friends and his wife. We are both in military families so I knew that with her husband being away that any little thing would make her smile. Smiley She had Dean last Friday, he's a beautiful little guy. Unfortunately her husband wasn't able to attend the birth, and still doesn't know when he'll be able to meet his son. Sad
Anywho! Here it is, this is my first post with pictures, so I hope this works. Smiley

Okay, now to start on something for my son. haha

I like the colors. I started crocheting even more when I got pregnant but most of it doesn't go to my son 'cause he is a bit of a nudist and it's hard just to keep pants on him (he's 14 months) and he doesn't appreciate having to wear a cute hat so mommy can take a photo!

Lovely colours, Hope you get to crochet a blanket before your baby is born - you may not get the time after the birth!
