YUMMY!!!

So easy!

Cube 1lb Extra Firm Tofu. Put in a ziplock with 1 Tablespoon Corn Starch. Shake to cover. Fry in 1 Tablespoon butter till brown and crispy. (Takes a minute!) Cut up four cups veggies (I used broc, carrots and snow peas), and put in pot. Put in tofu and 1 10 oz jar of La Choy Sweet and Sour sauce. Put 1/2 Tablespoon water in jar. Shake and pour over top too. Stir gingerly. Cook on low until veggies are desired tenderness. Mine took 2 hours. SO YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!1

Ooooooo.  This looks tasty!  I just received a slow cooker for Christmas.  I think I might have to try this out.  Thanks for posting it!

Cool! Mum just bought a slow cooker the other week, and I was a bit pissed 'cause I couldn't think of any awesome vegetarian stuff I could cook in it!
What a great idea, I'll bet the slow cooking makes the tofu sooooo soft, right?
