I love to cook and bake so I will probably add stuff here periodically as I find new recipes.

Hot Fudge Sundae Cake
Source:   Betty Crocker - Come Home to Dinner
   1 cup all-purpose flour
   1/2 cup granulated sugar
   2 tbsp baking cocoa
   2 tsp baking powder
   1/2 tsp salt
   1/2 cup milk
   2 tbsp vegetable oil
   1 tsp vanilla
   1/2 cup chopped nuts
   1/4 cup packed brown sugar
   1/4 cup baking cocoa
   1 1/2 cups hot water
Grease the inside of the crockpot.

Mix flour, granulated sugar, 2 tbsp cocoa, baking powder, and salt in medium bowl. Stir in milk,
oil and vanilla until smooth. Add nuts. Spread batter evenly in the bottom of a 2 - 3.5 quart
crockpot (my is a six quart pot so I doubled this receipe).

Mix brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa in small bowl. Stir in hot water until smooth. Pour evenly
   over batter in crockpot.

Cover and cook on high for 2  to 2 1/2 hours.

Turn off cooker and let cake stand uncovered for 30-40 minutes to cool slightly before serving.

Serve with icecream and serve sauce from bottom of cake over icecream.

Oh no!! I feel bad. Mine is really rich - too rich for my husband in fact.

Yes powdered cocoa. Melited chocolated should work just fine. Do you know the conversion? If not, I can look it up. I have it easy to find.
