So i really want a pair of these Shape Up Shoes which are supposed to help tone your legs and butt but right now i just can't spare $39.99 for them!

so i had a ton of old flip flops that i have replaced with shiny new ones this year and i decided to try to make a pair  with the old flip flops...this is the result.... Shocked

they are not the most attractive shoes in the world...possibly the least attractive but they actually work! I feel the burn after just a couple minutes!

if nothing else, they give me a laugh. Grin

No, maybe not the sexiest shoes in the world, but hey, if they work I'm all for it.

the thumbnail of this on the mainpage made me think you had made a shoe out of a honeydew melon or something, but this is even better! just don't break your neck walking around in those things!

That is awesome. I would probably only wear them around the house as I am a klutz and would probably fall into traffic with those things on  Grin Very cool!

I was worried about her ankles! These shoes look like they would be great for building an orthopedic surgeon's practice.
