That is really gorgeous.  I don't think I have seen that pattern before.

ETA:  I just assumed it was knitted and after I left the message I saw it was the crochet board, now I'm more impressed.

i would so buy this! i think that it would be really cool if you made it longer (more like a tunic) and then wore leggings under it...... hmmmmm, now you've got me thinking!
