So this is my first post  Shocked

I made this for the hubby a few years back, before I knew the greatness that was craftster! So I figured it's high time to post. Hubby had a habit of giving me flowers in public so one day I returned the favor with a bouquet of socks and ties rolled up like rose buds.

This involved plucking the heads off of several large silk flowers and rolling the ties/socks around the stem, securing with floral tape. The ties needed a little more help staying formed so I stuck a straight pin in the last layer. The rest is just bunching and wrapping the bouquet as you would with fresh flowers. All pieces came out wearable.

Hubby's getting a card this year. I guess that means the honeymoon is over lol. Thanks for looking --

This is so cool. I love the idea. I'm totally going to steal it. Though not for V day. I already have way to many things planned as it is.

Great idea!!  I know it's something my honey would like, if only 5.11 tactical socks came in Valentine Red....

Hehehe! Thanks for all the feedback! He did get a kick out of it. It would probably do well for a bachelorette  (red, pink, white and lacey). Not too much you can do with khaki socks!
