My resolution is to work out. I intend to go to the YMCA and walk and roller skate and also I will bike around town when the weather warms up.
the ear phones on my phone\mp3 player are short so I needed a holder that is around my neck so I can wear them also I need to carry my Y card with me and if out on biking my ID. I made a case to hold these Items and still reflect my inner Pyrate. I hand it around my neck on a shoelace with strawerrys all over it.
As extra incentive I also made my self a plaque at home that remindes me that "Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels"

thanks for looking

That's cute, and hanging it around your neck is a great idea. I'm sure a reminder on the fridge is a helpful way to combat emotional eating.

My workout clothes don't have pockets and I never have a place to put all the "stuff" I need for the gym.  What a clever idea!

It all started because my phone fell while on the treadmill man can those things send an object flying. I also don't have pockets in my work out clothes I wear yoga pants because they make me feel good. And since I am self conscious (who isn't) I needed a boast. but I wanted a fabric that screams me.  and not 30 something boring mom.

here is a trick that I am learning that started with my DD Bento box.
To make her lunches every night I set up food for the week in the fridge.
so I will peel 2 cucumbers and slice them then put them in an air tight container and the same for carrots, green beans, snap peas, cooked rice, grapes are cut into small bunches about a hand full, canned fruit is also opened. this makes it easy to grab some out of each to build a healthy lunch for her, or to grab a SMALL bowl for me. We both benefit. I make pop corn in a hot air popper for her after school snack with Vegan butter (tastes good even to this die hard butter lover) and garlic powder&salt or Ranch power dry or grated cheese on it. It is helping us.
