Just not enough hours in the day to do craft

A few may remember a ribbon holder that I made out of foam core and scrapbook paper back in October 2007.

Ribbon organiser post:  http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=201756.0

I had a heap of scrapbook paper left over from the ribbon organiser project. So I bought a desk/scrapbook organiser.  The organiser comes in precut MDF that you have to assemble yourself.   Some paint, paper and glue later, I have a matching organiser to go with my ribbon holder.

I still had some more of the scrapbooking paper left so I made myself a little desk cubby from foam core.   Using the same techniques as I used in the ribbon holder.

That is lovely!  What a great combination of pattern & color in addition to the organizational component.

You have the prettiest, most organized area ever! I love the combination of papers you chose.

I was thinking about your ribbon organiser just the other day - I've got oodles of ribbons to organise. I'm so glad you posted the link, and great new work, too!

You have the prettiest, most organized area ever! I love the combination of papers you chose.

The papers come from same range  'Felicity' by Sassafras Lass  with the exception of some of the black paper used on the desk cubby  which is from kaiser crafts.   I had run out the Felicity papers by the time I finished the desk cubby.
