I'm all antsy now...I want to get to trying it out and I've got 2 and a half hours left at the office! Think I could suddenly get sick and have to go home?  Cheesy

I used cardboard photo mailers.  There's a magic drawer in my workroom that has all kinds of mailing paraphernalia, I was pretty excited to find those  Smiley

I'm in canada so couldn't get dc's anyways but I think they would be too thin for a DCN.  the rigidness of the mailer would make it impossible to pad for the required thickness.

I prefer a bubble padded envelope even if its way bigger than the House, that way its harder to get lost in the mail. Thou I did loose a house last round  Roll Eyes

Its not looking promising for my supposedly brilliant idea. It just doesn't want to conform to the size requirements. I might have to ditch it and just make one for myself, larger than 7x4.   Tongue
