look up the names, see what they stand for, get some synonyms, and then see if any of those will suit; or figure out the words they are drawn from

stella is for stellar = star

like that

Thats what we did!  Then, Devin picked Kayleigh and we couldn't find that meaning anywhere!!  A lot of my girls names were vetoed as well.  However, if we have another baby girl, I would want to name her Rowan.  I told Devin I get to name the next munchkin!

I love Rowan. It's beautiful and strong.

Astrid means devine beauty. Smiley

Stella and Astrid are both German names. My FIL says it Stella sounds like a prostitute... different strokes for different folks.

Boys names we aren't real sure. We like kinda like Gavin.

My husband NEVER runs around even vaguely nude! He's got T-shirt, boxers, socks, and jeans - we've been trying to get him to wear the men' lounging pajama bottoms - some luck but not much. It's a shame he's got a cute butt. When we first met, he slept with a stocking cap/beanie on and a turtleneck and long johns. To get him in just boxers and a T is an actual arguement.

Maybe cause he's from the Tropics and we live in the north but really!

He comments when I have a knee length night shirt on - and I can't sleep overloaded with clothes, just something light - I don't like it all twisted up under my armpits. I prefer lots of blankets to heavy clothes.

It's a wonder we ever had a child lol

My first husband walked around nude and slept in nothing - drove me nuts - I want a happy medium - the goal of my life - my mantra! ALL THINGS IN MODERATION! I'm a Libra can you tell? lol

I'm a virgo =) i'm a perfectionist, a blessing and a curse.

I know what you mean about stuff getting twisted up under your armpits, me too. I got some super cute pjs and i tried to sleep in them last night, and it totally didn't work. pants are fine. I'm the same with heavy blankets.

Your poor hubby lol. makes me laugh. just tell him you feel the need to admire his cute bum as much as possible...it could work  Huh
