Hey. I am new to Tassie, just moved here from the states. I have been looking for craft groups and/or classes in and around Hobart, and found it none too easy. I moved from Seattle, which had endless supplies of shops, classes, and a huge vocal crafty community. What kinds of projects do you do?

Hi! Another Tassie girl here as well... I only just moved back here from Victoria about 6-7 weeks ago.. been there for about 5 years but grew up here in Tas.

All right- my craft stuff finally arrived with the rest of our stuff!!! Time to get busy.

Hope everyone else in the Tassie craft world is enjoying the rain showers and thunder today as much as I am. I had summer in Seattle, then summer here...I am so ready for stormy winter weather.

Anyone know where to buy a preloved sewing machine in the Hobart area? I only want to spend around $100.
