Got a pic of the yellow?  Is the long edge finished, or unfinished?  If it is finished, like a long (loooooooooooooooooong) piece of thick ribbon, then I would probably be tempted to use it to trim or finish some things - edging towels, curtains, trimming lampshades, etc.

One thing I have been thinking about trying with wide ribbon myself, is making some fabric dream stars, stuffing and sewing them tight to make a mobile, or scented sachets - perhaps you could try that with this?

I'd be tempted to save this for a day when I'm not feeling creative and have infinite patience: cut into yardage lengths and edge sew strip to strip to make a single piece of cloth which can be cut into whatever you choose.

Cut it into shapes for appliques?

Crazy quilt pieces?   Make puffy letters out of it, stuff them and spell things?
