New Look 6657
I have been wanting a new Summer Robe for a while and have just got my hands on quite a few metres of this fabulous tropical cotton. I needed to try out this pattern from New Look. I felt that a red contrast would make the print pop. I am quite happy with the final result. I made the medium size, long length, short sleeve with pockets.

Pocket Detail:

I didn't worry about matching the pattern for the pockets as I kind of wanted to see them.

Thanks

Great job!  You're right, the red trim is just perfect with the gorgeous fabric.

Ooh, this is dreamy. It makes me want to sit on the porch drinking iced coffee and reading. Thanks for sharing, it looks great!

LOVE this! The fabric is so bright and happy and it's such a nice idea to have a lighter robe for the warmer months. It would also work great over a swimsuit on your way to the pool!
