Hello, havn't posted for a long time so I thought I would come and share one of my christmas projects. I always liked the way people make purses and handbags look really professional by lining them so I though I would try it out.
I made a DPN case for my friend, I used a nice silky cotton for this one, it's mostly shells and lines of BPDC to give it an interesting texture:


this pic is a bit fuzzy

I also made the DPNs with 5mm dowling, a pencil sharpiner and lots of sanding.

Since I'm now learning how to knit and have no place to keep my pointy sticks, I'll totally need to make one of these. I LOVE the texture of the pattern, this would really make a lovely clutch for a night out. So many ideas...I've got to get started! I'll post pictures when I finish
