I thought that I would take a moment to brag about my mom and my wedding dress she made.  It was about a year and a half ago (the wedding) but it's never to late to brag about your momma!!

We used a pattern but I can't remember which one (and it was altered so much I'm not sure it came out the same).  It was white satin sorta thing, with a white embroidery sheer.  For the top, we used those fabric markers on the embroidery to make it stand out.

My Momma and Me

I was running late and am normally very punctual.

(She also made the bridesmaid's tops-I choose the color but they were able to choose the style)

My mom's just awesome!!    Grin Grin Grin

I hope the photos show the dress well

It's really pretty. I do so love blue detailing on wedding dresses. There's something very chic about it.  Smiley

You look and the dress look lovely!  I especially love that it is a summer wedding, and the bridesmaides all have on a summery white skirt, with different color tops!  I'm thinking that if marriage is in the cards for me, that I may just have to copy you!
