Dolls aren't a cheap hobby    Although... I have seen cheaper dolls that look really cool.  You can get a 16" decora Gabby for $49.  I lurve her outfit.

Honestly though, just save up for a little longer and buy the one you really want.  In the end, you will love your doll more.  If you really, truly want a pullip, just cut out one little thing you usually spend money on per week - maybe it's a $1.00 soda every day - that's $5 per week.  I don't know your situation, but once you get a doll it's a slippery slope to a whole bunch of dolls.  Your doll wants a friend, then a boyfriend, then wouldn't it be nice to have doll children, it really is addictive.

I've made my choice, i want Blondie (that's what i am temporarily calling the blond braided hair dollfie) and am just waiting for the right chance to tell my mom.And i have a feeling I'll want only one dollfie maybe I'll buy a little pullip later on for enjoyment, but that will be in a year or two, thanks for the advice i really appreciate it

MSD patterns are for 43 cm or 17 inch dolls, also known as 1/4 size dolls.  You must scale them down quite a bit to get them to work.
