Has anyone heard of this machine?

http://www.whatdoyudu.com/products/detail.aspx?id=625000

Would this be good for a beginner?

I took the plunge and got one.  Before I did I read some blogs and saw what people made.  The end product was fab!  There were complaints about the emulsion wash not being included in the kit, but 1 person said that they just used regular soap and water.  It is pricey, but so far most stores aren't blocking the use of coupons with this item.  Mine was 50% off.

That's too bad.  But Joann's does have a sale on them for $200 now and 40% off the accessories.   I got mine at ACMoore.

Provo craft gave me a Yudu to play with and review on my blog...so far I'm loving it.  You can read more about it on my blog: http://erinbassett.typepad.com/creativite/yudu/.

I was just getting on here to post this very question so I am glad that someone has already done so and I don't have to wait for replies.
I went to buy one of these machines from JoAnns today but they don't carry them at my usual store.
I'm so excited now.

Thanks for the replies everyone, I was beginning to think I was all alone in here.

After reading some blogs I ordered one from HSN (gotta love those flex pays). I went to JoAnns today to buy some supplies (gotta love that 40% off). What I don't love is the small bottles the ink and emulsion remover come in.

I wonder if you can use any emulsion remover and water based paint with it?
