Okay, I'm almost ready to go with my Yudu, but I have a question...

I've printed a few images on one transparency so I need to mask the other areas while I print. What's the best way to do that?

Thanks!

Okay, I made my first shirt and it rocked! But, the next one came out a bit splotchy, and the 3rd one smeared a bit.

Do I need to clean and dry the screen between printings? I'm switching them out as fast as I can...

I'm printing on youth-sized tees, so I bought a piece of 11" X 14" plexiglass (just under $4 at Home Depot) and applied a coat of spray adhesive. Seems to be working okay, but now I'm wondering if I need to buy more so I can do multiple shirts in a row more quickly... What do you think?

And, here's another question:

Do you think it would work to cut the emulsion sheet? That way, if I only had a small design, I wouldn't waste a whole sheet... If I taped it carefully around the edges, it should work... maybe?

Okay, since I am on a very short time frame (I needed 45 shirts for Wednesday, but I decided that my recycling kids will be happy with a pizza party and a recycling themed toy- donated by the recycling company- so I eliminated 18 shirts), I took the plunge and cut the emulsion sheet. My scissors didn't burst into flames, so it seems like it should work...

I found it easier to manage a small piece of emulsion than the whole big sheet... I had troubles getting all of the white spots out on the first one. This one worked like a charm!

It's drying now... I'm prepping it tonight, and tomorrow I'll print with it.

I'm going to get more plexigalss and I need a replacement shirt for the one that came out horribly...

Thanks! I did do it, and it worked out really well. I just needed to be careful with how far I squeegeed the ink. My biggest problem is printing multiple shirts and getting a clean print each time. I'm going to attempt 10 in a row right now, so hopefully I can perfect my technique (little kids won't mind mistakes) before I work on the team shirts I need to make Wink
