Oooh man Red Dwarf is such a great show. I searched the forums and found a smeggin' sweet Red Dwarf swap- from 2006! http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=111772.0

I saw recent (2008) discussion of doing another, but didn't find evidence of this coming to fruition.

Please make my day! Even if we only get 3 or 4 people interested I think it'd be loads of fun.

Also, am I the only one that thinks Rimmer is kinda hot? I mean I know he's kind of a jerk but there is something about nerdy dudes like that... Kiss

Arnold J. Rimmer, 1st Officer of my Heart

Anyway, make my day! Let's do this!

I would love to do this one  Grin but unless it's not for awhile I won't be able to do it  Cry I just started my very first swap and have to finish it first.

More reliable than a garden trimmer
He's never been mistaken for Yul Brynner
He's not bald, and his head doesn't glimmer

He's Arnold, Arnold Rimmer...

OK, so I don't like Rimmer that much, but I love the song. And I love Red Dwarf, holy crap! I would do this in a heartbeat.

Oh, and I just looked at the previous round and am actively coveting most everything I saw there (Lister hat! a pea, on toast!)

Would love to join in but haven't done a swap yet, think I'd need to get the entire back catalogue of Red Dwarf episodes and start planning now to reach the awesomeness of those swaps from last time!  Grin

I would love to be involved. My talents are limited - I can whip up a mean cross stitch, but that's about it. I'll be keeping an eye on this. Smiley

Sounds fun! I love Red Dwarf, it was one of my favourite shows when I was growing up ( I even used to get the magazine). My mind's brimming with ideas for this!

I'm so looking forward to the special they're doing (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/7851989.stm).

OMG! I love, love, LOOOVE Red Dwarf. I would totally be ready to do this swap! No one I know has ever heard of Red Dwarf. It makes me sad. I use quotes from it everyday and people just look at me like I'm insane. The other day, I had a message up online that said "GAZPACHO SOUP! ::drops dead::" and I said I would give $100 to anyone who knew what it was from and no one got it. No one. Everyone I know is a loser. Anyway, point is, pleeeease do this swap so I can participate!

I wish I could join you! Red Dwarf is ONLY my favourite TV prog EVER  but personal circumstances mean I will just have to stalk your gallery.

Personally I'd want a partner who could paint me that pic of Rimmer in his dress uniform sitting on the toilet  Grin  Grin  Grin

X-stitch Space Corps directives would be so cool  Grin  or some of Krytens android sayings in binary

I'm so looking forward to the special they're doing (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/7851989.stm).

I was appalled when I read  "Written and directed by Red Dwarf co-creator Doug Naylor, the new show reunites the line-up, including Coronation Street's Craig Charles. "

ARGH! That is selling out more than going to a wine bar is  Wink I don't watch TV much and didn't know Craig Charles was in Corrie, I need to lie down now to recover from that shock.

Use what talent you possess - the woods would be very silent if no birds sang except those that sang best
