Woot! This is wonderful! Smiley I am new to the sewing machine with zippers and patterns! But this pattern looks like a perfect place to start! I have some fabric I've been itching to use! :-) Thank you so much for your post! "we're not worthy!"  Wink Thank you again!

I made the bag and I live it, however I need to make it bigger. Can you help me figure out how to alter the pattern? Thank you!

hey there, i'm excited to try this... but i'm a alittle green when it comes to sewing.

i was wondering if anyone could re-work the math a bit for me to make a bag that is 7 inches long and about 5.5 high?

THANK YOU SO MUCH.  Yes, I know, I'm shouting.  Want to make sure you hear this since this post is almost 7 years old.  Been looking for a bag like this with the zipper higher up so everything doesn't fall out when you open it.  Just so happy to find this.
I'm not very good at altering patterns, even one this simple, ;so perfect. And cute as can be:)

This tutorial is so useful but it seems to be difficult for me who hardly sew any fabric since I was 18.
Thank you so much for sharing your DIY. Well done!!!
