"FLY" little blue bird

Hi!  I found out about the Papercraft Challenge: "Chinese Menu" yesterday but decided not to do it....then I took out the recycling bin last night and saw these items in the bin:

The ad flyer was from Tampa and had great colors and a beautiful map!  And a paper bag from the Biltmore had great leaves and acorns on it.  I changed my mind about the challenge real quick  I used a canvas I got for Christmas, some newspaper, sheet music, Mod Podge and some ink and this is what I came up with:

He's a little bird, the canvas is 5 inches square.  I thought he needed a sparkly rhinestone eye.

That little bird is so sweet! I love that you made this out of stuff that was going to be thrown out. Well, recycled, but you know what I mean.
